Diversified Property Group acquired multiple englobo acquisitions in the Glenwood and Stanhope Gardens Precinct, including multiple medium density and land subdivisions between the Newbury Precinct, Stanhope Gardens Precinct and Glenwood Precinct. 

Diversified Property Group collaborated with Landcom and Mirvac in their highly awarded Newbury Community Development. DPH delivered 6 major projects, delivering architectural building outcomes in key iconic locations around the community, with a focus on high visibility locations adjoining community waterways, open space areas and key community infrastructure.
